Office Hours Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Show Hours Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (To make sure someone is available when you stop by it is best to call ahead or schedule an appointment.)
Saturday show hours are 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Renting Available Unit: The only immediately available units are posted on our sublease link! If you are looking for the fall, check out the rest of our website for further details.
For Prospective Residents All of our rental information for Fall 2007 is now posted on our site. If you would like, you can apply on line, download an application to complete and fax to us at 217-344-7991 or stop by the office to pick one up. By completing the applications in advance of your appointment to see the units, it will speed up your leasing process once you have decided that you would like to sign with us. We DO NOT charge a fee for completing an application and this does not guarantee you an apartment nor obligate you to sign for one. It simply lets us know that you are interested. Completing the application is the first step in renting with us.

Be sure to download and read completely the "Terms and Conditions" of our leases. Before you sign a lease with us or anyone, you should check with the Tenant Union.

Subleasing: If you are interested in subleasing an apartment with us, we try to update weekly our sublease list. You will need to complete an application with our office; however, you need to work out the arrangements of the sublease with the tenant directly. Once an agreement has been made and your application has been approved by our office, you and the person you will sublet from need to make an appointment in our office to complete the necessary paperwork. When you sign with us you will need to post your own $175 security deposit. Don't forget to ask the person you are subleasing from if the amount they quoted you also includes the advance rent they paid on the lease. This will also help save some confussion later when we draft the document in our office.
